Suman Earth is an engineer by profession and a passionate educationalist at heart. He holds a BE Hons. (EEE) from BITS Pilani and an MS from Arizona State University. He worked with Arizona State University and Intel, USA in various research, engineering and leadership roles.
With over 20 years of teaching and research experience in the USA and India, Mr. Suman brings a wealth of expertise in academia and STEAM.
A passionate advocate for joyful learning environments, Mr. Suman is a captivating speaker who delivers engaging and thinking talks on ‘Studios of Joy, Early Childhood Development and The Future of Learning’.
Radhika Voruganti
Founder and Director

Radhika, an alumna of Navodaya schools, holds a BE from KITS and an M.S from Arizona State University. With over a decade of experience in design, research, and leadership roles at Intel, USA, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the field of education.
Her vision is to create holistic curriculums that foster wholesome child development. At ABODE, she is working towards integrating Montessori and Multiple Intelligences curricula with the current learning standards of IGCSE and CBSE, with a particular focus on developing the K12 program.

Avantika Venkta
Advisor and Mentor
Avantika Venkta joined ABODE in 2014 as a toddler directress and communications head. As the Director and Head of the School, her problem-solving attitude enabled her to lead many initiatives that shaped the philosophy of ABODE. She played a key role in developing ABODE’s Multiple Intelligences (MI) and Higher Intelligences (HI) program.
She holds diplomas in school management and leadership from Harvard. Ms Avantika is a member of NGO Pustakaar and has worked with MNCs and other schools before joining ABODE. She currently lives in Tokyo and continues to support ABODE.
Padmaja Valli
Advisor and Mentor
Padmaja Valli is known for her quiet simplicity and loving presence around children. She was the first female student from Khammam to go to BITS Pilani and went on to hold senior technical positions in companies like Samsung and Intel over the years.
Her introduction to Montessori happened while she was searching for a school for their son. She completed her Montessori certification and shifted careers to volunteer as a parent-teacher in her son’s Montessori school in Singapore. She started working with ABODE as a curriculum advisor. She is an integral part of ABODE philosophy of being a child at heart and learning for life.
Meaghan McClung
Educator & Administrator
Ms Meaghan McClung is the owner and administrator of Ahwatukee Foothills Montessori which has under it two branches at Ahwatukee and Chandler. She has been involved in Montessori education since 1999. Ms Meaghan has a degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified by the American Montessori Society.
Ms Meghan has been a mentor in ABODE's journey since the inception of the school.
P Sudhakar Reddy
Teacher & People's Leader
A teacher at heart and a leader par excellence, Mr Sudhakar started his career as a teacher and quickly moved into leadership roles in PRTU (Panchayat Raj Teachers Union) and brought on many positive reforms.
He served as an MLC for 8 years and in 2016, he was nominated as Government Chief Whip, TLC. He speaks on various issues ranging from education to governance.
